Velvafoam Bromate Base Hair Neutraliser – 4.5L

Achieve long-lasting, salon-quality perms with Velvafoam Bromate Base Hair Neutraliser. Specially formulated for all hair types, this professional-grade neutraliser ensures optimal results by effectively setting and sealing curls for enhanced durability and bounce. The bromate-based formula provides a gentle yet effective neutralisation process, helping to maintain hair integrity while delivering a smooth, well-defined finish.

Directions for Use:

  1. Rinse perm solution thoroughly and blot hair dry.
  2. Pour 100ml of neutraliser into a bowl and foam up with a sponge.
  3. Apply two-thirds of the neutraliser to wound rods and leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully unwind the rods and distribute the remaining neutraliser through the lengths and ends.
  5. Leave for an additional 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.
  6. Style as usual.

Available in a convenient 4.5L size, ideal for professional salon use.
