Top Tips for Maximising Your Savings:

  1. Qualifying Amount: Some promotions require you to spend over a specific amount, always calculated from the excluding VAT value. Your shopping bag subtotal displays this amount before VAT and delivery charges are applied.
  2. Exclusions Apply: Certain brands and products are excluded from our offers. Refer to the offer specific Terms and Conditions for details. If an excluded item is in your basket, it won't count toward your qualifying spend.
  3. Promotion Combinations: Some promotions cannot be combined. For instance, if you have an offer giving a percentage saving on your total order, it cannot be combined with a percentage-off discount code. Rest assured, our system calculates to provide you with the best savings possible.

Understanding Different Promotions:

  • Percentage or Money Off Your Total Order: This saving will reflect in your bag as an ‘Order discount’ and applies to qualifying products. Check for brand and product restrictions and ensure your spend meets the promotion requirements.
  • Percentage or Money Saving on a Product: This saving will be visible on the product page and in your bag as a promo offer. Sometimes, you might need to buy a specific quantity to qualify, so double-check before checkout.
  • Free Gift Offers: Free gifts will appear in your bag as a “Free”. To qualify, ensure your bag meets the specified threshold and does not include excluded brands or products. Please note that free gifts are often automatically added and cannot be opted out of.
  • Choice of Free Item Product: If you have a choice of free item, the default free item will be added to the bag once you reach the qualifying threshold. You can change the selection of your free item in the bag by clicking on "Choose an alternative free gift". This will open a pop up selection window where you can choose an alternative to the default.
  • Multi-Buy Promotions (e.g., 2+1, 5+1, 8+3): The cheapest item in your qualifying bag will be free/discounted. Add all the products to your basket as the system won't automatically add the extra/free item on these offer types. Ensure you have the correct quantity in your bag for the promotion to activate. e.g for a 2+1 free on the same product you would need to add 3 of the same item to the bag to qualify.
