Velvafoam Bromate Base Hair Neutraliser – 1L

Velvafoam Bromate Base Hair Neutraliser is a professional-grade foam neutralizer suitable for all hair types. Designed to effectively lock in curls and rebalance hair after perming, this formula ensures long-lasting results while maintaining hair integrity.

  • Easy-to-apply foaming consistency
  • Ensures even distribution for consistent results

Directions for Use:

  1. Rinse perm solution thoroughly and blot excess moisture.
  2. Pour 100ml of neutralizer into a bowl and foam up using a sponge.
  3. Apply two-thirds of the neutralizer to wound rods and leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Gently unwind rods and distribute the remaining neutralizer through the lengths and ends.
  5. Leave for an additional 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.
  6. Style as desired.
